Winston Bodkin, the owner of Casita ADU, brings his expertise and confidence to lead this boutique consulting firm. Specializing in ADU design and construction, Winston draws from his previous role as COO of a leading ADU company and leadership positions at the Omni Hotel Group. His dedication to affordable and sustainable housing stems from his upbringing in Panama. Currently residing in North San Diego County with his family, Winston is committed to crafting meaningful, community-focused living spaces.

Sondra Hooley

Sondra Hooley, a San Diego native with a 25-year career in law enforcement, transitioned to real estate in 2007, becoming a Senior Real Estate Specialist focused on financial independence through property investment. At Casita ADU, she leverages her expertise to assist families in realizing the potential of ADUs for income and living solutions. Her dedication extends beyond real estate, aiming to empower clients towards achieving financial freedom and optimal living conditions.
