3. Permitting

We will ensure all design, planning, and paperwork are properly submitted for expedited city permit approval, so we can swiftly move into the construction phase.

4. Construction

Once the permits are obtained, construction begins within 1 to 2 weeks. During this phase, you’ll choose finishes and make specific requests. Construction typically takes around six months, depending on inspections, unit size, and weather.

5. Welcome Home
